"We love Ivy!! My littles see Pam and Gabby for speech and they are so caring and patient with babies. My older three kids have also been patients here in the past for speech and physical therapy as well. Always a wonderful experience with them. Highly recommend them if your kids need any type of extra support."
"Received consult and recommendation from pediatric orthopedist to be evaluated in October. Wasn’t able to get appointment until December 2021. 1) After consult, no further appointments were scheduled, stating they did not obtain the correct prior authorization for PT sessions. 2) wasn’t until February 2022 (after multiple inquiries on our part) that PT was started. 3) They do not schedule out more than 1 month at a time, so if you don’t request further appointments, none are scheduled. 4) front office staff is not able to explain billing practices. 5) most evening appointments are not available, or they request moving appointments up to accommodate their own schedule. This has been a very challenging experience, even for a medical provider with knowledge of PT/OT practices, and outpatient services. If it has been this difficult for me, I can’t imagine what it’s like for someone who lacks healthcare knowledge."
"My children have been attending therapy at Fleming for a little over 4 years now and the therapists they’ve had were/are awesome. We were lucky to get Pam as our primary therapist over the years- my children enjoy developing their skills with her, and they are thriving. Fleming Stafford’s billing department and front office are pretty efficient with billing questions. While standing appointments have been replaced with making appointments a month out to accommodate more families, getting an appointment hasn’t been terrible. We’ve had a lot of success with Fleming and Pam; we’re fortunate to have a local professional therapy resource."
"The ultimate downfall of Fleming Therapy is the revolving door of staff members. The staffing and scheduling is inconsistent and communication is delayed. For example, in five months of weekly services, my child had 4 different therapists (3 moved!) With this much transition, we were not provided treatment plans, or regular updates! The scheduling was constantly changing and unpredictable which made it difficult to manage other appointments. The quality of the staff and faculty seems ok - if they could keep their staff around. It just is not worth the hassle with a special needs child to have such inconsistency in their therapies."
"Both of my children are in the autism spectrum and receive services through Fleming. My oldest recently started feeding OT and aquatics. A former extremely picky eater, he has started asking to eat BROCCOLI! And in the water, when only a few weeks ago he was scared to put his head underwater (and we have spent hundreds of dollars in swimming lessons that left us all frustrated) he now can slide underwater and keeps asking to go to a pool. My youngest, who was nonverbal until recently, also asks to go to therapy on the days he doesn’t have any, and always greets his therapists with a hug and smile. I highly recommend Fleming."
