"They had what I wanted, and they were having a sale!"

"This place blows and I tell you why. They didn't have what I was looking for, then later I called them about it. She said that's special order and I can order it from their website, then have it shipped to my house or to their store. Then I go on their website to order it, it says their store is not eligible to buy online and ship to a store. So I try to ship it to my house, it says this product has to be shipped to a store. Then I call back, she doesn't know anything about that and tells me to click on the help button on the website and a chat window opens up. I write what I'm having issues with and after about 5 minutes it says that because of a high support volume they can't help me right now. At this point I was fed up and found another website that had the same thing and I was able to order it and have it shipped in a quarter of the time that I've spent with "Fine" Wine & "Good" Spirits. For my frustration I'm also putting a ban on this place so they'll never see me again."

"I would give this store negative stars if I could. Today my wife went to the store to purchase a few bottles of wine for Easter. My wife who is 34 years old was with our daughter who is 14 years old. We have been to this store numerous times in the past with no issues when we had our children with us. My wife grabbed her few bottles of wine, but was unable to carry the last bottle so she had our daughter hold it and proceeded to walk to the register to pay. My wife didn't want to drop a bottle. The cashier Kara or Cara refused to sell the wine to my wife. She was extremely rude to my wife and did this in front of other customers. The other employee there was rolling her eyes at my wife and giving her nasty looks during this encounter. She said she wasn't sure if my wife was buying alcohol for my daughter due to her holding the bottle of wine. Let me be clear there are no signs that my wife saw and other employees at the store saw my daughter helping my wife and nobody said a word about it. If it was such a big deal you could have told her she wasn't allow to hold it or offer her a basket. Instead they refuse to sell to her and embarrass her in front of all these other customers. My wife was absolutely discriminated because she looks young and our daughter is 14 years old. We have been in this store before and did same thing and we never ever had a problem. This store needs to learn customer service and not discriminate against someone."
