"Will never go back. We bought a bracelet three months ago and it is very rusty. We went back for a cleaning as they stated when we bought it. However, they refused us because they are too busy and was very, very rude. I would understand if they spoke respectfully. They were very disrespectful and their behavior is simply appalling. Would not recommend ever going there."

"This location has changed. I was just passing by and there is 2 young ladies working. 1 of them was sitting on the floor, and the other young lady looks like she woke up and went to work. I always thought there was a dress code at stores like this. I never knew sweat pants and slides was dress code. Any other time everyone looks so professional. I shouldn't jump to conclusions maybe it was dress down day. However the one with sweats had an airpod in her ear with no care in the world. I was looking for a manager, but clearly one wasn't there and that was going on. Pandora @Macy's you have to do better. Sweat pants, slides, airpods, and people sitting on the floor is not a good look. Hopefully my next visit will be different."

"Worse experience ever. As I was patiently waiting for about 5/10 minutes without any acknowledgment from any of the three employees behind the counter, one was checking out a lady and the other was with a customer, the other employee didn’t even look my way, until one says if I had a question and if I wanted to purchase something without even greeting me or acknowledging the time I was waiting there and to add insult to injury she proceeded to say what do I want. There was no intention of providing any customer service and I felt very invaluable. I will not be bringing my business to this pandora location."
