"Service was terrible. I wanted a ring resized. When I arrived to pick it up, it still wasn't ready. Dropped it off Saturday morning, pick up was Tuesday. I came back for it, the ring is too big and the woman who works there tried to refuse me my receipt! Never again"

"DO NOT GO HERE ! Today around 6 pm closing time my mom went in to fix her bracelet & the clasp on her 3,000 dollar gold necklace, she had it for 27 years. They took her in even though it was closing time. The women store clerk told her It was $20 for the bracelet but the necklace was not real gold. Then proceeded to say that she can leave it with her since it’s not real. My mom denied service and took back her jewelry. The clerk proceeded to follow my mother out the door screaming in her language and waving her hands as if my mother stole something. Don’t come here if you have expensive jewelry. I came in with a gold necklace of lesser value and had no issues with service but I’d avoid them completely to be safe."

"I have been coming here for years for any and all jewelry repairs and Alpha Jewelry’s has always been GREAT :) Whether it be resizing or getting my ear rings turned into screw backs Alpha has always done a fabulous job. I even sent my mom there who is super picky with who she trust with her stuff. They fixed her ear ring that would repeatedly break. Since Alpha fixed no problems. I’ll be stopping in this week to resize a bracelet and hopefully get the extra links turned into ear rings."

"Everytime i go there im greeted, I believe pricing is reasonable. I had had a necklace on layaway and asked if they had a baby two finger ring. The gentleman went to the back and said yes we do, I asked if he could put it away for me till I was done buying my necklace, without hesitation he said sure and kept his word. I recommend everyone go there."
