We purchased a very expensive diamond ring from Park Place that came with all the proper paperwork. We were assured that it was a great deal. It was only after we attempted to authenticate the certification on our own that we discovered that it was not authentic. To Park Place’s credit, we were given a full refund after the situation was brought to their attention and they did their research and came to the same conclusion as we did. We do feel however that they should have fully researched such an expensive piece before it was put on sale."
