"Yelling 'is there is anything else?!?' before I've even ordered my first item is getting a little ridiculous, I get that you need to get back to posting dumb tik Tok videos but you could at least pay attention enough to not put 3 lids on my coffee so two of them fall of mid drink or at the very least remember to give me a damn napkin to clean up after your terrible service."

"Probably one of the worst Starbucks I've been too in the Pittsburgh area. We went on a Saturday around 3pm and we ordered inside. Nothing bad to say about service, in fact they were all very kind and professional but the waiting was the longest I've ever experienced. Sure the drive thru was busy but I've been to busier ones and we didn't have to wait 15 minutes for a nitro coffee and cappuccino and a Danish. The place seemed neglected and not inviting at all, as if the tables and chairs were an afterthought. The food was displayed packed in clear plastic bags and the Danish was soggy. If you are looking for a drive thru I'd say it's ok but expect a wait. If you want to enjoy your coffee sitting inside or maybe work there I'd choose another location because this one is kind of depressing."

"This starbucks leaves little to be desired. The parking lot is not safe. To get into the store, you MUST traverse through an active line of cars in the drive thru. There is no other way to get in. The people at the counter can be very Jeckle and Hyde. It depends on the day you get them. If you ask for your drink that is 10 minutes overdue from the time in the APP, you may get yelled at. I don't go here anymore."

"From the drive thru window to the walk in service, this has got to be the best customer service I always receive from any state. I am a Flight Attendant so I frequent airports and outside hotel area Starbuck's and this one is the best. Your drinks will always be made to perfection as shown in pictures and how you ask for it to be made. They also supply the best mugs and products you won't find anywhere else. They deserve to be recognized with incentives from Starbuck's."

"Needed a cup of coffee and stopped at the Starbucks. They took good care of me. Do you want to point out that you have to ask for your cream sweetener when you order if they no longer have the condiment station. They were very busy and nonetheless my order arrived in a timely fashion. Thank you."
