"Igor (the owner) overall is a nice and funny guy. You have to wrestle with him over the prices but the quality of his merchandise is great (fixes and re installs anything for free that was bought from him). He did my engagement rings and more (beautiful and gorgeous jobs). Again you need to know your specs for diamonds and rings when coming to him. Regarding selling gold to him, he actually gave me the best price after I went out to the dealers. Added that price towards the ring I was buying. Cons - Punctuality. He needs to keep up with his promises. If he says it will take 7 days. It has to be 7 days. Otherwise, give the costumer a discount (and he did for me). So great job."
