"Kris and his team were amazing! My wife and I came to Kris with good amount of skepticism. We had a custom wedding band made for us by a different jeweler, and the whole experience was dreadful. Not only was their customer service terrible to the point of being rude, but their ring was so poorly made that we lost a diamond from one of the settings that had been handed down from my wife's mother. Needless to say, my wife was an emotional wreck and on our honeymoon no less. We started looking around for a new jeweler when we got home and after seeing his work and his reviews we decided to meet with Kris.
