"My fiance and I are thrilled with our ring from Emily Chelsea!! We came into the store having looked at loads of stones and setting styles. To be honest, we were all over the place, and weren't sure if what we were looking for was even possible. We sat down with Natalie Kerrigan to go over all our ideas. She showed us dozens of custom settings they'd done before. We got to hold the models in our hands and compare of the options and styles. After honing in on our preferences, we sat down with Natalie and watched her go to work. She brought our ring to life right before our eyes! Piece by piece she started folding in all of the elements we were looking for, using an assortment of stone combinations that we were considering. Once we settled on a good base model, Natalie put the fine touches on to bring the elements of the ring together. I can't stress enough how patient and easy with she was to work. After sitting with the renderings for a few days, we wanted to make changes, and she tweaked the design down repeatedly until it was perfect! We had no idea how the process would go. With the type of purchase this is, it's intimidating. Natalie made it easy, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product!"

"My experience was truly great:) I purchase an engagement ring from Emily Chelsea, as I was told from my girlfriend that this was the place. She gave me a couple band styles, told me the cut, and ring size and the rest was up to me. I thought this was more than enough information but boy is there more to it than that. Luckily Sam was there to help me out. Sam was my guide throughout the process and provided me with videos, images, and opinions that took the fear out of buying a ring online. When push comes to shove you need to be there in person to see the flaws and defects of a diamond. But honestly sometimes only a professional will be able to see the differences and explain why the prices are different. Thankfully Sam provided their expertise and help me limit my diamond search to two stones rather quickly. Once the diamond was decided a 50% deposit was needed to begin the process and to provide a completion date. 1-3 weeks later renderings were provided by Natalie; then images of a wax mold holding the stone. This was a relief as it felt that I didn’t just get scammed and that a real ring was coming:) Another 3-4 weeks and ship date was upon us. Sam ensured that it arrived during my WFH day and before my gf got home:) I did ask for a final photo just to make sure I knew what was coming and Sam provided that too with the help from Adrian! Shipping was easy and it was insured by Jewelers Mutual. Who not only insures the entire store but now my fiancés ring as well. Hindsight the process was a breeze; I would definitely recommend!"

"My fiancé and I worked with Emily Chelsea for our engagement rings during Summer 2023 and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Natalie, our design consultant, spent a few hours with us to customize designs, test how different configurations would look, and provide advice/guidance on how different designs would look on our hands and stack with future wedding bands.
