"Make sure you are paying attention to what you are buying. The first time they tried adding on a case of beer to my purchase I caught them and they refunded it. I thought maybe mistakes happen. Well...today it happened again. I paid cash this round but it didn't hit me until I left that I paid way too much. Check your receipts and make sure they give you one."

"The best craft beer selection in moon township. They typically have some decent crafts on major discounts which is great and they tend to have all the beers from all the big breweries. Only issue is that they don't always keep there stock fresh as I've bought stuff past it's prime but as long as you pay attention you'll be happy!!"

"They have an excellent selection and their store is huge. Their lines go quickly and they have excellent to-go slushies. I do wish they would more frequently have the Number 2 variety pack of white claws. Other than that I frequent here more than I should probably admit and I've never had a single issue."

"Customer service is above and beyond here! My husband and I really like a particularly obscure hard cider. When I inquired about their obtaining it, they took my information down on a post-it note; I did not have much hope that it would go anywhere. Imagine my surprise when I received a call a couple of weeks later telling me that they were unfortunately not able to get it because their distributor couldn't get it. I was fine with that. They also did a search to try to find out where I could get it, and the closest destination was a bar 130 miles away. I was very impressed that they were courteous enough to call with all that information which wouldn't result in an actual sale. However, that customer service will certainly earn more of my business in the future. This place is huge, and it can get quite warm in the summer months because of a lack of air conditioning. I don't blame them because to cool that place would be insanely expensive. I prefer they keep their overhead costs lower because it means the product has a lower price. They do offer a good selection, though I wish they carried more hard cider selections. There are smaller places with better cider options, but the beer selection is very good. It is the only reason I did not give five stars. One of my preferred distributors!"
