"Global gave me an opportunity to execute my passion for caring for others. The bond I was able to develop with the clients are invaluable and is something I’ll carry with me the rest of my life. Working at the clinic really gave me the perspective and experience I needed."
"The staff exuded warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was inviting, creating a comforting environment. The medical professionals demonstrated genuine care, taking the time to listen attentively to the concerns and providing thorough explanations. Their commitment to patient well-being was evident in every interaction. The clinic truly cared for anyone seeking a healthcare provider that goes above and beyond in delivering genuine care."
"Global Center For Autism Services or GCAS is a wonderful company to work with a caring, flexible & compassionate staff and leadership. The center takes pride in serving children and families and the goal is to provide services that best meet the children’s need. The staff is considerate of each child’s individual needs and will make accommodations such as bilingual services and individualized treatment planning using clinical observation and parent input. As an ABA clinic they do a great job at making behavior interventions and management effective and equitable for the clients. As an employer they are flexible and hire a diverse staff. They also accommodate in scheduling allowing flexible hours. There’s even a tuition assistance program to further employees studies in ABA. Overall it’s a great place to work and if you’re a parent it’s a wonderful place to send your child the service, care and attention your child will receive is unique and second to none."
"As a current employee, I am satisfied with my company. The system is fair, rewarding hard work. If you lack enthusiasm, fail to interact with clients, deviate from the planned treatment, and simply sit there playing with your phone, you WILL be terminated. It is not only unfair to your colleagues, patients, and their families but also has a detrimental impact on the company's culture. The company pays attention to your attitude, professionalism, punctuality, and leave, and your year-end bonus is closely tied to these factors. It is inappropriate to maliciously criticize the company or call the front desk and make our receptionist feel uncomfortable after your termination. Taking responsibility for oneself, identifying areas for improvement, and striving to become a better person is the right, positive attitude towards life. And regarding your accuse, I have different perspectives. "They let viruses spread by accepting sick children". We conduct body checks in the morning and afternoon. If we notice anything, we inform supervisors and ask parents to pick up the child if the condition is serious. "The rooms are dirty; they don’t clean the toys". All rooms and toys are cleaned after each session. "They hire inexperienced and don’t fingerprint employees, which is mandatory". The company hires inexperienced employees and provides training. Each therapist must pass an exam and obtain certification to conduct therapy sessions. It is common in all autism clinic. Fingerprinting is mandatory. "The employees are only there for a paycheck". Yes, everyone is here for a paycheck. "They have roaches". We do not have roaches; that's disgusting. However, we do have ants in the rooms close to the window. I hope the company can address this issue. "They are always hiring because they are not a good company; this is supposed to be a clinic for special needs but is treated as a daycare". The turnover rate for RBTs is always high in the field; it's just the nature of the job. It is definitely not an easy job, and many people use the work experience to pursue graduate school. To avoid becoming a daycare, the company terminates individuals who do not interact with their clients, do not follow the treatment plan, and just play on their phones."
"Do not take your kids to this facility, they let viruses spread by accepting sick children. The rooms are dirty. they don’t clean the toys. They hire inexperienced and don’t finger print employees which is mandatory. The employees are only there for a check. The owners are not involved and very unprofessional and disrespectful. They have roaches. They are always hiring because they are not a good company. this is supposed to be a clinic for special needs but treat it as a daycare."
