The staff is very helpful and really makes visits easy. They have stepped up for us and helped when our kids were sick or we just needed advice. "The entire staff at Metropolitan Pediatrics is phenomenal. Our family has been going there since our kids were young and recently we faced some health challenges. Everyone went above and beyond to help us at a time when I know they were inundated with many sick children. We have seen every provider in the practice and they are all excellent-- helpful, knowledgeable, calm, and kind. The nursing staff is helpful and responsive and the front desk staff are professional and organized. Feel grateful that we found this practice and couldn't recommend more!"

"I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Maybe they were better five years ago, but now it's a mess. We moved to the area, and based on reviews, I chose this practice for my son. It was okay for the regular check-ups, until my son got sick with a horrible barking sound cough. I called the practice, and the doctor saw him and recommended rest, lots of fluid and herbal teas. We followed the guidance, but the cough wouldn't go away. The doctor would assure us that he was safe to go to school, and they gave us a doctor's note that he wasn't contagious. The cough wouldn't stop, school would send him home. I called back, the doctor saw him and gave the same recommendations, but no results. Meantime, my son is suffering from a cough and missing school. We went back again to see a doctor, this time, I even recorded my son's cough on my phone, after listening the recording the doctor would recommend the same thing. That's how they treat the non-stop barking sound cough. And each visit, they will bill us, of course, right? Thanks to the school nurse who was able to identify that my son's cough sounded like a croup cough, whereas the MP doctors couldn't identify it. I had to take my son to the urgent care pediatrics, where they could determine immediately and treat him properly that his cough stopped after a couple of days. I'm very disappointed with MP doctors, they either don't care about their little patients, or they just don't know their job. Plus, the admin staff is very good at billing and taking your money for nothing and horrible at responding with the things you need. I asked for my son's medical records a month ago and still can't receive them. Please AVOID this practice if you care about your kids' health."
