We always worry about her being treated like an adult and this team was exceptional! "If you go here make sure you don't see Abbey Lecompte my fiance and I went in to get seen he tested positive for covid I tested negative I asked a simple question if I should retest myself in 5 days and she decided to give me an attitude over a simple question we seen separate doctors I should have gotten my doctors name because I would have recommended yall to see her instead of Abbey"

"Every time I need to come here they are always top notch! And extremely helpful and friendly! I have been having back issues for years, been to multiple doctors..never any satisfying results..came to Urgent Care on Market and my doctor referred me to a neurosurgeon and I'm finally getting help and relief! Brought my guy in because he was having chest pains..and as soon as he told the receptionist..she and a bunch of others jumped up and took care of him immediately!"

"I brought my daughter in the morning to be tested for strep. The staff was quick, kind and knew what they were doing. I know wait times are out of their control and fortunately the time we went wasn’t a long wait."

"I came in to have my 2 daughters tested for Covid as they were exposed to it on a Friday my kids started to get new symptoms that resembled Covid 2days later, late night Sunday early morning Monday Natalie Preston was rude & asked me how long were my kids out of school I said 3days she said i’m not gonna write you an excuse just because your kids are coughing & they need to be in school & why didn’t I bring my kids in earlier on Monday making it seem like I was being a bad parent for not bringing them in earlier & keeping my kids home for three days because they were exposed to Covid and having symptoms and we’re sick, my reason for not going to urgent care on Monday is because I don’t have transportation not everybody does & it is absolutely way too far a distance like a 2hr walk for me to walk with my two sick children so I had to wait for my child support to come in on a Wednesday so that I could get a ride w/Uber. She then told me that she could not test my children because they were already tested a week ago & that test came back negative, I told her that they were not exposed to Covid until after they had that last Covid test so I wanted them retested because they were exposed to Covid after they took the Covid test, she still refused so I asked her to write a statement on paper that she’s refusing to test my children, she then changed her story & said she could test them now but it will cost me $200 per test because my medical insurance won’t cover it, I told her to go ahead re test them anyway (honestly at this point I was scared she would tamper with the test because she was acting extremely superior & aggressive) one of my children ended up testing positive for Covid. My aunt passed away in 2021 due to Covid she had an underlying illness, which was cancer my grandmother was also hospitalized for over two months because of Covid because she also has another line illness COPD & I know there’s a lot of people out here who have underlying illnesses and can’t afford to get sick that’s why I kept my kids out of school for three days which is good because one ended up coming back positive for Covid but still she refused to give me a note and insisted they weren’t infectious. Well, this place will tell people who are Covid infected to go out to the public. She told me to send my kids to school and that they should’ve been in school the last 3 days even with Covid symptoms. I sent my children to school today on Thursday even though they were very sick and the one had a fever, the school called me & told me I had to pick my daughter back up because they also checked her temperature she still had a fever was very sick & tested positive for Covid yesterday (her symptoms are getting worse not better) I told the school that Urgent Care told me that they need to be in school with a fever and Covid. I’ve already made a complaint with the PA state department & health department I am about to also contact the special compliance department & PA attorney Generals office & I’m also going to see if I can make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau also because this is being neglectful, it’s promoting spreading the virus and not keeping people safe. She was unprofessional she was rude. She was aggressive and she was acting extremely superior. She made my children feel uncomfortable with her behavior and unprofessionalism in the way, she was speaking to me I don’t know if it’s because the office was about to close and we came in and she wanted to go home or if she was having a bad day but you’re regardless you don’t talk or treat people that way especially in that job field. I seen a on the other reviews somebody had brought up the same person. I suggest if you have any bad experiences you make a complaint like I did to the places that I listed it is not OK for people we put our trust into to care for us who treat us and belittle us."
