"I had a terrible time dealing with Pearle Vision. I went into office to have both pairs of glasses adjusted on two separate occasions. I told them I do not see well with the new glasses. Everything is distorted. I can’t see clearly until I am right up on the item. I get headaches wearing my $421 purchase. I was told to continue wearing the glasses and my eyes will adjust. I’m sorry but I’ve worn glasses for over 30 years and that does not happen. I had my eyes reexamined. This examination was a month after I went in for adjustments. I was told the prescription is correct. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I will not be using Pearle Vision in the future. I now have to wait until I can use my insurance again to be fitted correctly with glasses that actually help me see."
