I was nervous that she would be too afraid when we arrived but Ashley did such a wonderful job of talking her through everything and making her feel at ease. The whole experience was perfect and my girl is so proud of herself!"

She weighed out all of my different options, pulled from the display case, brought her manager over who was modelling one of the nose rings I wanted, and she let me know about their promotions that were going on. "Customer service needs to be a whole lot better. A lady with glasses helped me. Went to pierce a customer ears because they were before me. Came back over to help someone else as I was waiting for her to finish so I could make a purchase. I did not make a big deal about but she knew I was next. All I wanted was to purchase earrings for my daughter. The manager with the braids could have stepped in to help but all she did was stare at a piece of paper and left right afterwards. I worked in retail and know how it is but she knew she was wrong not helping who was honestly next. Other ladies that I’ve dealt there in the past were much better than the help I got from the lady wearing glasses that day."

"After reading several negative reviews online, I was a little worried about bringing my daughters in but we ended up having a wonderful experience.Ruby was incredible! So friendly and helpful! She took her time explaining the procedure and after-care, as well as sanitizing her workstation and hands in between each piercing. Both my daughters are very happy with their new earrings!"
