Princeton Convenience

"I used to be a regular customer at this store due to its convenience. However, I have completely lost my trust in this place after an honesty issue. One night I purchased a gallon of water and liquid hand soap. To my shock, the cashier said both items are $4.99 and charged me $11. This is pure ridiculous because I buy gallons of water every month from this place and knew it’s around 2.5 bucks, and a small bottle of liquid soup should not exceed $2. After I questioned her, she claimed that price of everything increases these days. I visited a nearby CVS (only 100ft away) next day and found the same two items for $4 after tax. The absence of price labels on many items in this store, and the arbitrary pricing by the cashier, has eroded my trust in this business. It’s possible that the cashier made a mistake, but with alternative options like CVS so close, I see no reason to risk overpaying again."
