Also got some breakfast sausage and whatever the dried smoked meat stick are that they sell well needless to say on my way home I ate both of the meat sticks and they were amazing. "The quality of their meat and the friendly atmosphere makes this a 5 star butcher. The prices are high, really high, but that's just what high quality meat costs these days - so I can't fault them for it. The bacon is stellar and only about $4 more than you would pay in a supermarket. It will become a staple in our household. The boneless ribeye was spendy, but worth every penny. All in all, it's too expensive to be a weekly trip for us, but it is absolutely worth every dime when it's time for good meat."
