"My fiancé got a nose piercing done and the girl did not do it right at all, she used an ear ring to pierce his nose and still did not put the ring in right. On the inside the ring is facing straight towards his septum and is very crooked. Sense it was an ear ring the back of the earring was in his nose causing it to pinch the inside of his nose making a large bump making it harder for it to stay open and keep the ring in. I didn’t receive a receipt or sign any paper work to get this done so I can’t even go back and get a refund or get it fixed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting piercing their especially if they can’t do it right. They are liars and all they are worried about is the money, they aren’t even clean they don’t sanitize or wash hands or where gloves while piercing."

"Many things are reasonably priced. But staff barely gets experience before piercing your child's ears. They're trained to lie about or exaggerate experience. Please just spend a couple more dollars and have a professional do it, not teenagers or college students at the mall. On the note of teenagers, many who get hired here are only drama. I've seen a things, including discrimination by staff. Only go here if your want something cheap. I've been told one of their products is Swarovsky's stones, an outright lie to the point my bank reversed the entire transaction."

"I was at the store with my daughter she was trying to make an piercing, the person at the store named Bunni, and the assistant manager who refused to give me her name didn't do the piercing because my daughter left her ID at home, but I was in her at the store. So they both the assistant manager and Bunni treated as really bad, telling my daughter that she was a liar because my daughter is 18 years old. I asked for the supervisor phone number and they refused to give out. They had a bad attitude with me and daughter. They told as they will not do anything for us and that we can go to another place... really bad customer service. Calling my daughter a liar..."

"They sent back my package and I haven’t received it since,apparently because I took to long to pick it up even though I was in my last month of pregnancy and was working 40+ hrs and didn’t have time afterwork, Yamila extremely rude on the phone saying she contact me to let me know that my package was in she never Did!! I’m never getting my items delivered there ever again!!!! But she recognized my voice once I came in and faked looked for it knowing they did something to my package so unprofessional by the employee and the manager that didn’t even know what was going on and tried to call wherever they sent my package."
