"I called to schedule a consultation for breast implant removal and the receptionist was so rude on the phone and she stated that the doctor would not even do a consultation with me because I don’t have records from the surgeon who did my implants over 20 years ago. I’m sure this is not proper protocol being that the plastic surgeon I called in Maryland said that they don’t expect me to bring those records since surgeons are only required to keep them for 7 years. Either Wellspan needs to hire better staff to answer their phones or properly train them on etiquette and requirements."
