"I've been a patient here for a bit and was looking at the reviews. I don't need intense medical care or too much back and forth. The main Dr and pa's always see me for 30ish minutes and discuss all my concerns at my yearly physical. Phone calls are usually same business day."

"I want to say that the negative reviews seen here are very much the opposite of my experience at Vita. Specifically, Matt Royster goes above and beyond and clearly cares about his patients. Front office staff are also very pleasant and helpful. I am very grateful to have found this practice and for Matt's thoughtful approach in caring for my family. I have tried several other family practices and pediatricians, and I don't think anyone even remembers my family from one visit to another. This is NOT the case with Vita - Matt is clearly interested in the ongoing health of my family."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND... As stated below all they care about is money. Had to miss an appointment for an emergency doctor visit for my daughter. Even with a Doctors note they want their $50. Additionally they misdiagnosed two issues, after getting second opinions, one of those two being cancer... skip this office"

"At this practice everything is about money, Patients have zero value! Hard to get an appointment if you are sick! You will never receive a reminder for your appointment because they are not investing on even the simplest/ cheapest calendar services! Doctor messes up with a blood work order, missing an item for a patient who has extreme fear of needles and asks you to go back!! Not even a simple apology! No answer to pharmacy calls for med re-fill! Not even responsive to patients' calls. Because they don't trust their patients. You need an appt again! Doctor doesn't call you to go through your blood work result even if you ask for her, unless you get an appt. again! Basically, it's a dead end when you need to talk to the doctor without getting an appt again!. Calling the office, they are always on the other line assisting other patients!!!!! But when it's 10 minutes passed your 24-hour cancellation window (which happened because nobody picked up the phone earlier!) They will charge you for a no-show appt! They did not even mention on the call that you are late and will be charged but sent an email invoice 6 months later! And they do not welcome any comments and/or concerns! The most unprofessional and least caring practice I've ever dealt with."

"I feel very fortunate that I found this doctor/medical group. Even the front desk people are always so kind when I walk into the office, and I am always treated with the utmost respect. The doctor and nurse listen to my concerns and takes them seriously. I feel very comfortable every time I go there. I would highly recommend them as a primary care doctor."
