An old injury developed into arthritis and ongoing discomfort. Dr. Ho did a thorough assessment, set me up with some orthotics, and, more importantly, enthusiastically endorsed my 10 sessions of laser therapy. It took 8 sessions to really feel a difference (so don't give up, ya'll!). The laser, combined with active stretching gave me excellent results. Dr. Ho did a final assessment and shared in my delight. I'm off to do an intense hike today -- pain free :-)"
