"Wonderful practice from the front office to the nursing staff and Doctors. Always have room for walk in appointments, answer questions in a timely fashion and I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen, even without an appointment. Doctors are very thorough not afraid to refer out and order testing as needed not as insurance wants these days."
"I love Dr Menocal he is very thorough and listens to your needs. I personally never had run in with the office staff. When my overweight prescription is out I send message through the secure portal I get message next day that it has been sent to pharmacy or he or his nurse had called it in only one time I had to pick it up cause I switch pharmacies but they did not charge me to pick it up."
