"My experience with the farm was positive from start to finish. The people there are lovely. I picked up chicken and lamb from them. The chicken was spatchcocked, marinated for an hour and roasted in the oven. It was so juicy and tender! The leg of lamb was dressed and roasted in the oven. The lamb was not gamy at all!
