"Starting with the pros- The jewelry is absolutely gorgeous. My fiancé got my engagement ring from here and I absolutely love it! I get compliments everywhere I go wearing my ring, and love visiting the store whenever I’m in the mall to get it professionally cleaned. Major plus! However, we recently stopped in to purchase our wedding bands. The reason for my 2 star review is in reference to the staff. We have every intention to buy our bands from here since my engagement ring is from here. We luckily found the style we both want but wanted to wait before purchasing. I don’t feel like I should have been forced to explain why I wanted to wait to purchase to the staff, but it was so we can talk it over and make sure these are the exact ones we want! The problem occurred when we told the sales rep we wanted to talk it over before purchasing at that very moment. We asked if she could write down the style/ size for us to reference. She was doing everything in her power to not give us the information and said “she would only put it in our file.” After asking multiple times for the band skew number, she agreed to write it on a card that was not legible. She then proceeded to say “you can buy online but I just spent all my time helping you find the bands and won’t get my commission” and was extremely aggressive and forceful. As someone who comes from a customer service background, her attitude and word choice was absolutely horrible. I truly couldn’t believe she was willing to bring up commission to a customer. Such a unprofessional way to handle business. Furthermore, I couldn’t believe she was trying to make us feel guilty for not purchasing right there in that moment. We wanted to fully decide these were the wedding bands for us before spending $4,000. Even though we found bands we can potentially see us ending up with, her presence and way she was degrading our timeline makes us want to look at a completely different company."

Brianna and Dana were not only professional, but made it such a personalized and fun experience for the both of us. They answered all of our questions, showed us a variety of perspective rings, and explained everything to us in great detail when it comes to purchasing a ring and what Helzberg does to help care for it. For what you are getting and paying for, Helzberg offers a great deal of care with their rings before and after the purchase. Not only that, but the absolute highlight of the experience was how we were joking around with them, which definitely contributed to the personalized experience. As a bonus, I was able to get my existing jewelry cleaned while we were looking around, which topped off the experience. Highly recommend going to this location and working with Brianna and Dana, the absolute dynamic duo!"

"Amazing, friendly, helpful staff! We went to see if they could repair my engagement ring which was bought somewhere else forever ago. I was so excited when they told me it was fixable and for a very reasonable price. We added an anniversary band too. Thanks for making me a happy girl!!"
