"This is absolutely no reflection on the people who were there and working. however I came in on a Friday afternoon to be the 3rd person in a line of 7 waiting to have transactions done with the teller. There was one teller available and a manager who was not able to take overflow. Im bewildered as to why a manager would not be allowed to handle overflow.if someone calls our, someone needs to step in on a friday. Poor management."
