"Crooked Creek engraved two wind chimes that I bought in memory of a loved one who passed. I DID ask for them to be done within a day, so I understand that it was rushed. However, BOTH gongs said “TIn loving memory” instead of “In loving memory.” Unfortunately, Crooked Creek has been unapologetic about the mistake. The business that I purchased the wind chimes from has been gracious enough to purchase new gongs for us, even though it was Crooked Creek’s mistake. It really is unfortunate, because the engraving is beautiful.… just poor customer service."
