"Dr.Mitchell is a great doctor. She actually saved my dad once from a heart attack by being thorough and acting quickly. She ran tests on him and when she noticed something was wrong she gave l him aspirin and immediately called the ambulance. My dad later had to get stents placed and is now doing well, but if it wasn’t for her quick response my dad may not have had the same outcome. I also had great experiences with Dr.Mitchell, I honestly felt that she has been one of the few doctors that have listened to my medical concerns and worked with me to resolve the issue while explaining in detail to me the procedures or reasoning for her recommendations. Highly recommend her."

"I did not like how “matter of fact” she spoke to my elderly mother. She interrupted her, was rude and certainly lacked any compassion or bedside manner. Additionally, she interrupted and rushed the entire virtual visit. I was standing in the background while my mother was on screen with Dr.Mitchell and on multiple occasions my mother attempted to explain her concerns only to be interrupted and rushed each time. There was no listening to her which just really ticked me off to no end. Horrible, do not see this doctor if at all possible."

"Super rushing. Filled out the visit summary incorrectly which led to incorrect billing which the office refused to re-bill. Ended up having to pay over $100 out of pocket due to the way she filled the visit info out."

"I would like to start by saying I am a female, but Dr. Mitchell noted in the demographics section that my gender was male, she also prescribed depression medication that has a severe/fatal interaction with alcohol after I reported I drink wine moderately. The medical assistant told me to “make a long story short”, while I was reporting my chief concern.The Dr. did not stay in room for an entire 5 minutes, she never discussed a treatment plan for the obesity diagnosis she placed down as my chief complaint ( which was not the concern I have, even though I am overweight ). The experience in a nutshell was horrible, no bedside manner, the worse office visit I ever experienced in my life. From both the provider and her staff. It felt like an urgent care but much worse like everything was a rush to get on the the next patient or something. I don’t recommend this provider for not even your dearest pets."

"Dr. Mitchell is not only an amazing physician but she’s also and amazing person. She listens without judgement and guides you on the best approach to your healthcare. I trust her 100% which we all know in these trying times is difficult to do"
