"It’s unbelievably rare that I’ll share a review. But this establishment is just so, so poorly operated. Nice enough staff, but the competence level is not high, or they have too many bottlenecks in process. It takes a minimum of 35 minutes (this is not an exaggeration) to do curbside and can take longer going in. I’ve visited maybe 30 times. The supply is good, and they run good specials. But man, my time is more valuable than saving $7 on a zip. I straight up avoid this shop at this point. Multiple options right near by that takes minutes to get in and out."
"I genuinely don't understand how anybody could give this place a bad review. I've been coming here for years now, after trying the other dispensaries in Howard County also. Trilogy by far is the most economical option and while the others had pretty good customer service too, Trilogy has always had incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, even right after recreational became legal and things were hectic. I'll definitely continue to shop here, and I fully recommended to anyone in the area."
"I used to be a regular at Remedy & after having a really bad experience with a creepy man that worked there offering astrological chart readings I didn’t feel comfortable going there for a while. So when I came to Trilogy for the first time it was the greatest find. The front desk staff is kind and efficient and pure sunshine. And BRANDY!!! Is THE BEST budtender. Her knowledge is bomb for recommending based on your specific needs & I love her spirit. She makes it feel like coming over to your friends house. Also, their daily deals are insanely awesome I have saved so much money since going here."
