"Nice place, great doctors and secretary positions that are so courteous that within 5 minutes of talking with them at sign-in I felt relaxed, at ease, and instead of fear from anxiety I was calm and actually looking forward to our complete physical. It's no laughing matter these days when you go to the doctors office that most of the time the secretaries are really rude and that alone puts people on edge! Not here!"

"Dr Paspula is garbage. I don't even feel like she listens to me. Like she has dementia. Asking me the same questions over & over again. Her bedside manner is rushed and erratic. The front desk staff is so rude and very informal. Please don't waste your time with subpar care. Im switching primary care."

"The office staff doesn’t do well with keeping track of patients. At the appointment, they kept stating a referral was needed even though the patient had been there before. The patient is diabetic and at the appointment, it was determined that the level was high. Dr. Irene Irby stated verbatim that she “did not have the time to deal with this” and shooed is out to the emergency room. I’ve never felt so pushed out and such a harsh demeanor from a doctor and I work in health services so I know the importance of therapeutic communication With patients even in times of crisis and developing rapport. Dr. Irby made us feel that she wanted to get rid of a liability rather than making a decision for the well-being of her patient. This experience was scarring and I will probably never be returning to this practice again."

"Dr. Paspula is great ! She is very kind and speaks with you, not at you. She is concerned and works with your thoughts and considerations in mind. Very dedicated Doctor. Would recommend her to everyone. She cares for my health and my husbands health. We can always get an appointment when needed. Office staff is pleasant and caring."

"Dr Syed is ok ,but the actual office staff do Not Answer the phones!!! You have to call several times to get assistance. In addition, the office staff may or may not relay your information properly. I had a question about some medication prescribed by my doctor and the front desk referred me to the PHARMACY!!!!!!!!!!! Never stated that they would leave a message for my doctor. They have a way to leave messages, but when you try it does not work!!! Lousy job!! It is so bad that I'm thinking about leaving her as a doctor to find a competent office. I'm sitting here in pain and my doctor hasn't called me back because the front desk did not properly record my message that I went INTO THE OFFICE to create. I'm LIVID!! Needed to take a test and they didn't have the proper tools to do so.....what the heck am I paying for!??!?!?"
