"This branch has no tellers, and no cash. If you want to do anything except open or close an account, you're wasting your time here. When asked about this, the snide young lady on duty there said "All of that is handled by the ATM". I went to an actual Citizen's Bank branch to transact business with people. Silly me!"
"I Came in to make a cashiers check deposit and was approached by personal banker wanting my card and driver's license under the guise of wanting to make sure everything was up to date "for me". Made me very uncomfortable to the point that I said give me my cards back i will go to a different bank. I have been with citizens since it was Mellon and have never been made to feel uncomfortable like that."
