"Conveniently located off the 422 highway (Royersford exit) and serviced by the Septa 139 bus it's fairly central. There's also a Wawa across the street and a lake behind where ducks come."

"This shopping center has Kohl's, Marshall's and Giant Supermarket as well as an AT&T store and a nail salon. There is ample parking, and I've never seen it full. Over the years, prices have gone up at Kohl's, but so is everyone else. I guess that's what inflation does. You'd be better looking for some sales and coupons. Happy shopping!"
