I have known Robert Valley (owner of JV Converting) since middle school and he has the most integrity and honor of any man I have ever known. Bob is a veteran of the 82nd Airborne and served in both the United States Invasion of Panama in 1989 and the Gulf War from 1990 through 1991. You can ask anyone in the adhesives industry about JV Converting (Berry Plastics, Shurtape, Scapa, 3M, etc.) and they will only have positive things to say."

"Very unreliable. Takes weeks, even months to get back to the customer. After orders of 1,000+ rolls of tapes are ordered monthly. Rude to their customers, via phone or email. Highly wouldn't recommend."

"We have used this company, and set aside from really bad customer service, we have found their products to not be consistent, and failing at times. We purchase thousands of rolls of tape annually, and know the product we need, and have seen failing products be used from this company, and instead of recalling them, their team continues to use it, until it runs out, then they will produce a new product. We brought it to their attention, sadly they seemed to simply not care. We have switched to a more reliable company, as there are many others, so maybe consider doing the same."
