"Went in here a few months ago and the lady was mad rude. I was trying to get a ring cleaned and inspected and I didn’t have the account number and the lady acting like it was the end of the world. She was so dramatic about it. It took her a few minutes but she found our account. Not sure why she had to make herself look like a nut case to do so, but I’m glad she was able to figure it out. Really poor customer service. Looked over at my wife and we both starting laughing, it was hysterical"
