"I will NEVER spend my MONEY ON MAC MAKE UP AGAIN! The customer service is terrible and the staff should be re-trained on how to great customer as soon they walk in, and be polite and courtesy. MAC fails to realize that customers do not NEED them, but MAC NEEDS THE CUSTOMERS! It is very disheartening to go to the MAC counter to be brushed off and blown off. And it's unacceptable!
