Ive been here a couple times and all times were good but when i came in the other day they asked if i needed any help and were super sweet and when i was off a few dollars one of them were going into a tip jar i think and even her wallet to help me out :) they even tried helping me get cheaper products that work just as great so the price could go in my budget and the place is very organized and amazing"

"One lady with a cute hat was nice at the register but the girl who rang me out with purple hair couldn’t have been more annoying to deal with. Why you gonna get mad at me for asking why the item I picked out wasn’t in the bag cause you put similar but different item in the bag instead? That’s just weird AF. Attitude wild."

"This is a great one-stop-shop for all your hair, makeup, and nail needs. It is a little pricey and that's why I try not to go too often but that is the only downfall for me. The employees there are awesome and they know what they are talking about. If you ask for a recommendation nine times out of ten they will give you good advice. The first time I ever went there I ask the young lady about hair dye and how to do it properly, the whole nine... she stood there telling me step by step how to color my hair for the absolute best results. Even gave me a few tips to try out ."

"Sally’s has never been my go to place, but I must give 5 stars for the customer service provided to my mother today. While she was already being helped, I walked into the store and was greeted by another employee and asked if there was anything I needed to be helped with. The employee helping my mom was helping her locate the item she was looking for based on what she was describing. She even got out the iPad to look in stock for it to be discovered the item we were looking for was discontinued, unfortunately. The employee was very patient in helping us on our little hunt. Aside from that, the store is well kept and organized with seemingly multiple sales going on for various brands and items."
