"This is NOT the most trustworthy business around by any stretch of the imagination. I contracted the services of Central VA Internal Medicine in November 2017. At the intake visit they falsified my weight and wrote down that I weighed 50 Lbs more than my actual weight. I was weighed just two days before by the clinic that referred me to them, so I knew what the numbers should be. I called the front desk to make sure they correct their mistake. I presented to them evidence that they had made a mistake and even offered to come in to be weighed again. The person at the front desk promised me she would fix the problem. To this day, they have yet to do so. Aside from that I never received a bill from Central VA Internal Medicine. I have a very comprehensive insurance plan, I assumed my insurance carrier had covered it all. Until 9 months later in September 2018 I received notification that Central VA Internal Medicine was suing me in court for non-payment of a remaining $184.79 balance. I contacted them right away and arranged payment. I had the foresight to request a paid-in-full receipt from Central VA Internal Medicine. I did not receive that paid-in-full receipt until after I had made several requests to them. Fast forward to the present, exactly four years after paying Central VA Internal Medicine, I suddenly received a collection letter in the mail from Commonwealth Financial Solutions, Inc. requesting I paid the same $184.79 that I had paid them four years ago. I called both the collection agency and Central VA Internal Medicine to see what gives. They both insisted that they were not aware of the payment I made back in 2018. Luckily I had kept the paid-in-full receipt Central VA Internal Medicine had given me 4 years ago. BUYERS BEWARE, BE VERY AWARE IF YOU HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO USE THIS BUSINESS."
