"Great little opera company. Also has regular performances of contemporary and folk music in adjoining cabaret."
"Beautiful place, the entire area around the Delaware River is wonderful. Lush nature is well cared for. Excellent tour. Every bend in the road reveals stunning natural elements."
"My family was in the area vacationing with our three young children. Two year old twins, and a four-year-old. We attended the Delaware Valley opera centers rendition of the three little bears on Friday night. The performance was amazing but the staff was even more incredible. The kindness and generosity shown was top notch. I have so many wonderful things to say about this event that I could write a book but I’ll stick to a few main points. The show was a simplified opera version of the three little bears with a spin. It was fun for the whole family and even offered some audience participation. Upon entering the venue, there were a bunch of stuffed bears lining the different seats. After sitting down one of the staff members notified us that each kid attending the show would be able to pick his or her own bear to take home. Their generosity and kindness was unmatched. After the show there were opportunities to take pictures of the performers and for the kids to talk to the performers. I thought that was really cool. You could tell that the performers really enjoyed performing for the children. Lastly, when we left, each child was allowed to pick a tumbler cup with a straw and lid loaded with bear related snacks. Gummy bears and Golden Grahams were a great touch and the kids enjoyed them very much. Tickets were only $10 each for the adults and the children were free. All I could say is I find it incredible that they’re only going to do three performances and move onto the next production. In my opinion this is something that should be taken on the road and brought to kids all through the entire state, and even Country. I know this review is a little long winded, but I couldn’t let this opportunity pass to give everyone involved the credit they deserve. The little touches weren’t so little and meant so much. Thank you for an amazing experience."
"We enjoyed a beautiful performance of "Gift of the Magi" here. It's a great beginning for this new space. Kudos!"
