"I will share this experience as I'm at the frustrated. The nurse who takes the messages for the physicians at third location is very rude and nasty. She has been this way from day one. I hate calling leaving messages for NP Varga. This person will cut you off and tell you things that “aren't” true before she researches and corrects herself. Her customer service needs a complete redo. To resolve matters handle I have to go in. I reported her rude behavior but of course, nothing happened. So today of course I called and yes she answered. She talked over me and stated since there were no notes it didn't happen. Later she found said notes. Same as before!!! No apology from her implying it absolutely didn't happen. This time she's recorded so if anyone cares such as QA/ supervisor please call. To many nasty professional bullies. People should be able to call a busy without be talked to like a child."

"Communications with this office and their staff is frustrating. I messaged my provider with a simple question and didn't get a direct response. A person in their front office called me three business days later with a response from my doctor. Why can't the doctor respond to my message without involving a third party? Plus, the person that called me said they were going to email me some treatment information related to my condition. That never happened. If you try to call their office, the wait time is super long. Their web page portal is impossible to get into without some crazy password kabuki dance."

"This review is hard to write as I've been a happy patient here for probably 15+ years now. I've never really had any issues with them before, but recently they refused to fill out FMLA paperwork for me. They want my specialist to fill it out, who of course wants my PCP to fill it out, who wants my specialist...etc. Pratt has filled this paperwork out for me before, and it's not as though there isn't ample evidence that I have a chronic illness. I might lose my job over this bureaucratic nonsense. I understand that time is money and I'm willing and able to pay for the paperwork to be filled out. Pratt just doesn't care. You're not a person with real problems to them, just a potential source of income. If that potential isn't there, they won't want you there. They weren't always like this. They used to care."
