"Emmanuel Tucker MT was extremely rude to me just now! He was upset because he was supposed to be off work at 9:00 am. So I guess he’s taking everything out on other people who are calling to do an important job! He needs to be counseled on his behavior or he needs to get a new job elsewhere. Because telling me “oh whatever” and telling me how bad your day is has absolutely nothing to do with me. I expect to hear from higher up on this matter!"

"The staff is horrible! From the moment you enter into the facility. They act like they don't want to do their job. Music blasting at the guard post, to the point the guard could not hear me but refused to end her jam session. I waited almost 2 hours to see a loved one. It's like one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Hire qualified, professional people. Customer Service matters! Please hire new security guards. There is only one professional guard on duty in building 1 at the desk. Everyone else needs an evaluation."
