The customer service was unbelievable -- I am from out of state getting a piece of jewelry fixed for my grandmother in PA, and the owner not only ordered parts to fix the piece, but personally made sure that she received it. The antique watch looks just as great as it did when she bought it decades ago. We will be back!"
