"This clinic booked my son a virtual appointment. He’s with me for the summer in the different state, 3 hours away in Virginia. I spoke to the office, their father spoke to the office, and the details were clearly explained by us. The day of the appointment, I took time off work to logon with my son. Nothing happened. I had to call the clinic myself and was THEN told that my son’s appointment couldn’t happen, as he wasn’t physically in the state of Maryland. Which would have been great to know prior to his actual appointment. This clinic “diagnosed” my 11 year old son with a fungal issue, even though they didn’t do a skin scrape or testing of any kind, and his condition has gotten significantly worse as a result, spreading over his entire body. Stay away from this place, especially if you have children that need actual, comprehensive testing and treatment, and if you value quality communication and customer service. What a joke."
