"Bought a grill (6 bottom) for $500.. was told the gold was 14k gold. Come to find out after it tarnished real bad after a couple months and wanted to just sell the gold that the teeth was mostly copper and only 10k gold. These ppl are not to be trusted. Sold the teeth for $60 in Dormont. Highly disappointed"

"Walked in just to look around as I wasn't having too much luck with other places. I had something sort of specific in mind. The person helping me tried to ask questions and I said I just wanted to look, so he let me poke around. I finally told him what I was looking for and he offered to put something together for me, to take a stone out and replace it (I wanted an emerald for my main stone) to get closer to what I wanted. He showed me many pieces, and I pointed out what I liked and what I didn't. He had an aha! moment and pulled out a gorgeous piece - not an emerald but the shape AND the metal I wanted, that matched my wedding band significantly better than the idea that I had in the first place. I didn't truly intend to buy at the time, but the price was great and the piece unique. Couldn't leave without it. He found me matching earrings too - might have to return for those. Very friendly people working there, I will definitely be returning in the future."
