"Hard to get in contact with, always! After finally getting an appt, Dr.Marshal spent all of five minutes with me and didn’t address a single concern I came in with. They literally were rushing me through the visit ,Iike some kind of in-and-out service but made sure to collect the co-pay. Sad that institutions like this can take advantage of disadvantaged/elderly people in the Brookland neighborhood by providing shoddy medical services and a dishonest sense of care. An emblem of everything wrong with our healthcare system."

"Not sure what happened here during COVID. They were good pre COVID, but didn't navigate pandemic well. I tried and failed at least four times to get an appointment over 2020 and 2021. They seem impossible to catch and only answer the phone sporadically every few weeks. I'm not even sure if they still exist. I had to find a new doctor."

"Set up an appointment as a new patient, they told me they would email a reminder. Day of the appointment comes...no reminder. No problem, I'll just call in to confirm. Am told my personal information was entered, but the appointment "must not have been entered", and the earliest available is a week away. Staff I dealt with was cordial, but I decided to find a different provider that is more professional."
