"When I walked into the place, Jim the owner greeted me. When I told him my situation, he directed me to the TV I already had in mind. I previously researched the TV and saw the ratings on it. This took place over the Black Friday Sales. I instructed Jim that I wanted it delivered and it was done in a timely manner. Mike delivered it and set it up. Mike even gave me suggestions on my Verizon remote and Surge protecter, which I did get new ones. When the Verizon remote arrived, I had a problem with the sound.
