"I make an online appointment months in advance. I show up 15 minutes early. They collect my insurance card and driver's license. They give me a dozen forms to fill out. I fill them out and hand them to the receptionist. I wait fifteen minutes. They call me to the front desk. "We don't have an appointment scheduled for you." This is ridiculous!"
