"The actual procedure was fine and the day-of staff was lovely, but trying to find the right person to call about questions and billing is a nightmare. No one will give you a cost estimate or any sense of how much a procedure will cost and then when your bill comes back MUCH higher than expected, same issue as before, cannot find anyone willing to help."

"I fractured my foot and was able to get an appointment same-day with Doctor Casscells. His staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and caring. Doctor Casscells was amazing and efficient in his treatment of me. When I asked for a doctor's note for work, they provided it in a timely manner. I requested an addition to the note and not 15 minutes after calling I spoke with Doctor Casscells directly so he could adjust it. I so appreciate the time and care this office gives to their patients. I cannot recommend this office enough!"

"Scheduled appointment at 6:30pm. Instructed to report at 6:15pm. Arrived at 6:10pm. 7:21pm, still not seen. Medstar is about the same across the board...poor customer service."
