He also takes the time to sit and talk to you about your lives - not rush you through to make the next sale! More than this, the whole store is wonderful. With the wedding approaching, I brought the picture to Kay’s and a man named Scott helped me find my ring! Very knowledgeable, informative, helpful, patient and kind! The warranties they offer are beyond amazing and reasonable! He cleaned my engagement ring for me while we we were there as well! My ring has to be ordered and altered, and will be here before the end of the week, which is super efficient! Definitely will be buying from them again!
