"I went here for an estimate and specifically explained that I don't want to make an insurance claim. The "owner" walked out with me to look at my car, which had significant damage. He glanced at it, then immediately and very condescendingly told me to make a claim because the damage cost will be higher than whatever my deductible might be! I tried again to explain the reason I didn't want to make a claim, but he interrupted me and said I'm wasting his time then walked away! Other repair quotes I had gotten ranged from $1200.00 to $1800.00 with minimal unforeseen additional cost. I purposely did not disclose that I had roughly $7 grand to spend on fixing my bumper and fender, and I will happily go spend my money elsewhere! As for the rude "owner", he won't be in business long with that nasty, arrogant attitude. My advice to anyone reading this is to spend your money where your business is appreciated, and where the customer is heard and validated, because you certainly won't get that here!"

This allowed them to remove the locking mechanisms, clean the rust and debris from them, and soak them in lubricant, ensuring smooth functionality. They even took the extra step of filling my car with antifreeze to prevent any potential overheating issues. The result was remarkable! After they put everything back together, the hood springs mechanisms and cable pull cord system now work flawlessly, as if the problem had never occurred. I am truly grateful to Billy and the entire crew at L&M Body Shop for their masterful craftsmanship and their commitment to getting me back on the road safely.
