"Only leaving one star so that I am able to write a review. Hopefully I can save you time/help you with this review. I called this location to schedule a CT scan as I have been having extremely bad headaches. Unfortunately, after speaking with the front desk assistant Desiree L (who refused to give me her last name, said L as in Larry ) I ended the call in search of another facility. Desiree was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I asked her several times if she could fix her tone as she was giving off an irritated tone over the phone. I even mentioned that idk if her morning was going bad but I shouldn’t be able to tell as I am calling for help. I mentioned how I was in pain and it was hard for me to talk so her negative attitude was not helpful in anyway. She said “I am trying to help you” in a sarcastic tone. So I politely asked if there was another staff member I could possibly schedule with. She said no so I asked to be transferred then I ended up hanging up and finding a different facility to get help because the last thing I want is to be treated badly by a facility/staff members who do not care about their patients. It’s extremely hard to call for help while you’re in pain, so to have the staff be dismissive is not welcoming at all. Again unsure if she was having a bad day, or her ignorance and/or stupidity got the best of her but I was able to schedule a same day appointment somewhere else. Had I been an elderly or disabled person who couldn’t get help somewhere else, I can only imagine. This review isn’t to bash Desiree L, it’s to make her aware that it is NOT okay to treat people badly/rude when you’re in healthcare. Especially when that person is in pain, you work in healthcare sweetheart not fast food. Maybe she needs more training, maybe being a front desk assistant isn’t for her and that’s okay but as a patient, I should never be able to tell you’re irritated over the phone . Why would I want to go to a facility for help and they don’t even want to help me over the phone? Desiree L maybe it’s time for a new career?"

"Saw one doctor once and did not feel comfortable with the level of care I received and made another appointment with a different doctor in the SAME practice and they don't allow that. Doesn't make sense to me at all. When they said I had to see same doctor, I reluctantly said ok and then the next available appointment was 4 months away! Completely unacceptable!"

"I really wish I could give this office more stars, Dr. Patel is a nice doctor, he takes his time with me when I see him for appointments. As for the front desk staff, they are extremely rude, they don’t pass messages on to the doctor because I never get a call back, I also send multiple messages on MyChart, they never reply! As a person that suffers with Epilepsy and other Chronic Illnesses and cannot work or drive, it’s very disappointing that you can’t get good support or care from your Neurologist Staff. If things don’t change I will be looking for a new Neurologist."

"Dr. Dunlap is a great Dr, however the support staff is unprofessional, not helpful in any way and stunningly incompetent. The support staff is only overshadowed by the inept nursing staff, and worse than these two are the nurse supervisors. No returned phone calls, no support to make an appointment and just a general lack of professionalism. Do not go here!"

"Dr Dunlap is professional, knowledgeable and has a great personality. He listens, is proactive and follows thru with his patients. I have decided to see him myself as well seeing how wonderful he was with my Grandfather, who had dementia. Highly recommend him if needing a neurologist for yourself or a loved one. Never a long wait and never rushed in the appointment."
