"They were very rude even on the phone I was told twice somebody would call me back. someone didn't call me till the next day. Then the day I had set the appointment they couldn't Simply look up insurance and this was on the phone when I three way a third person, somebody was rude enough to hang up. Then When I get there I tell the same thing in person. They are not the brightest I wouldn't trust somebody with my health who can't even do something like look up insurance."
